Project Details

A Spanish Colonial Revival, in Rancho Santa Fe, built in 1929, added on to in 1931 by Lilian Rice, has a new addition doubling the size but keeping the integrity of design. The new addition wraps around an interior courtyard and incorporates antique gates, windows, lighting and tiles. The project won a Lily Award for Design Excellence.
