Project Details
Full refurbishment of a 3,000 square foot house with detached guest house in Coronado, completed in 2022. Project involved interior layout changes to create an open plan kitchen / dining / living area in the main house, a new covered outdoor living area, and reconfiguring an existing guest house to incorporate an open plan kitchen / dining / living area with two ensuite bedrooms. New designs for the kitchen and bathrooms, including materials and fixtures selections, were also included.
